About the programme

A four-week programme that takes you from zero AI knowledge to deploying a working, governed AI system. This is a doing programme, not a watching one. By the end, you will have a real project you built, documented and can demonstrate to any organisation.

Every session is delivered live by Charles Nwankpa. You get his full attention in a small group across all four weeks.

    Full lifecycle

    Understand the full AI adoption journey from strategy to live deployment. Not just the theory.

    Build an agent

    Build and test a working AI agent connected to real tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

    Handle data right

    Apply GDPR-aware data handling, PII detection, and data minimisation in real code.

  4. 04

    Govern it

    Conduct an AI impact assessment and document governance decisions the way organisations actually need.

  5. 05

    Ship it

    Deploy a simple AI application into a live sandbox environment. Something you can demo to anyone.

  6. 06

    Tell the story

    Present your technical project with confidence and articulate it clearly in a portfolio, CV, or interview.
