Anyone who can answer honestly about how the organisation works today. Usually that is a founder, an operations lead, an IT or data lead, or whoever has been asked to work out what to do about AI. Sector and size do not change the questions.
They are stored against your account and used to produce your report and to benchmark your results against similar organisations. Nothing connects to your systems and nothing is passed to a language model to be scored. Gen3Block Limited is registered with the ICO under ZB960703, and the Privacy Policy sets out what is held and for how long.
No. It is GDPR-aware and it will show you where your data protection and oversight practice is weak, which is often the most useful thing in the report. It is not a compliance certification and Gen3Block is not acting as your legal adviser, your statutory data protection officer or a certifying body.
Because governance is treated as a constraint rather than as one pillar among four. Below 50 out of 100 on Governance & Risk the overall score takes a graduated reduction of up to 15 per cent, and the overall band can never sit more than one stage ahead of the governance band. Weak accountability raises the risk in every other pillar, so it shapes the headline result instead of being averaged into it.
Where your gaps line up with a programme we hold, your results include matched UK funding and support programmes with the award range, the deadline and why it matched. It is a pointer to look, not an eligibility decision, and some sectors and gap profiles return no matches at all.
