Know an organisation doing too much the hard way?

If you know an organisation spending too much time on admin, repeating the same tasks or struggling with disconnected systems, introduce them to Gen3Block.

Become an approved Referral Partner and earn commission when a qualifying introduction becomes paid work.

You do not need to sell AI, diagnose the organisation or explain our technology. Make the introduction. Gen3Block handles discovery, scoping, commercial discussions and delivery.

Application only · Every application reviewed

Who should apply

Do people who run organisations talk to you?

This is for you if leaders already trust you and tell you about their problems. For example, slow work, too much admin, messy data or old systems.

You do not need to know anything about AI.

You just need to know the right people, and spot when one of them needs help.

Your role

You introduce. We do the rest.

You do three things

  1. 1Spot an organisation with a problem.
  2. 2Ask if they are happy to talk to us.
  3. 3Introduce them through our referral process.

That is it. We take it from there.

You do not

  • Work out what the problem is
  • Suggest a tech fix or give technical advice
  • Talk about prices or what the work includes
  • Agree any deal or contract for us
  • Promise any results
  • Say you work for Gen3Block
What Gen3Block does

We find what is slowing an organisation down, then fix it.

First we look at how they work. If a change will clearly help, we build it. You do not need to know what they need. Finding that out is our job.

We look at

  • How the work gets done today
  • Who does what
  • The data they keep
  • Risks and rules
  • The systems they already use
  • What success looks like

Common problems we fix

  • Applications and onboarding
  • Chasing documents
  • Sorting new enquiries
  • Answering the same questions
  • Following up leads and candidates
  • Preparing case files
  • Building reports
  • Moving data between systems
  • Making work simpler
  • Knowing where AI will help
  • Using AI safely
  • Building AI tools that work
Commission

Get paid when your introduction becomes paid work.

When an organisation you introduce works with us and pays, you earn commission. You only earn once we have received their payment. You get the full rates when you are approved.

What you earn depends on

  • Which service they buy
  • How big the job is
  • Whether the referral meets the programme rules
  • Whether they have paid us

You are not paid for

  • Just passing on a name
  • A LinkedIn connection
  • Setting up a meeting
  • Sending an email
  • A proposal being written
  • Leads that never become paid work

A 12-month programme

You join on the terms you agree to at the start. We may update the terms before the programme renews.

Commission you have already earned on an accepted referral is always yours.

Questions

Before you apply

Short answers to the questions people ask most.

Do I need to know about AI?

No. You just need to spot when an organisation has a problem, and introduce us to the person who makes the decisions.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. You make the introduction. We do the rest, from the first call to the finished work.

Is everyone accepted?

No. You have to apply. We look at your work, who you know, and whether your referrals are likely to be a good fit.

When do I get paid?

Only after the organisation has paid us. You get the full payment rules with the programme terms when you are approved, before you start.

Can I refer someone I do not know?

No. Only introduce people who know you and have agreed to talk to us. Do not send bought lists or contacts copied from the internet.

What if you already know the organisation?

We check every referral first. If we are already talking to them, or someone else referred them first, it may not count.

Can I say I am a Gen3Block partner?

Only using the wording we give you. Being a partner does not make you our employee, agent or joint venture partner, and you cannot act for us.
